Bookings and Billing

All billing and payments can be altered or cancelled at any time by contacting us in the same way as above. Our general policy is that 48hrs notice is required for a lesson reschedule or cancellation. The regular charge will need to be applied when notice is within this time frame. Re-schedules are subject to availability and are also to be arranged with us prior to the notice period.

Closure Dates and Public Holidays

We are open Public and School Holidays and will advise of any specific closing dates. In general, we are open year-round with the exception of a few weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. The specific dates of closure over this period vary each year and students will all be notified of these dates in advance. Students will also be directly notified in advance if any closures on Public Holidays will occur and affect them.
Students need to let us know if they plan on missing any lessons and/or bookings.
